“Since the near death experience, my artistic side has fully emerged. My intention is to recreate and share the beauty of the light I discovered during this experience. This art inspires people to tap into their own inner light. Every time I create a piece of art I connect to this deep place within. Every aspect of the art is inspired by and magnifies the light. The crystal designs generate wonderful light combinations by the reflection and the refraction of light that people instantly understand on a soul level. Although the art is innovative its true strength is interactive. The artwork has a sense of constantly evolving or being “active”. The art responds to light just as the observer responds to the art.”

In addition, there is great freedom to alter the mood of the art by using LED lighting. Coloured light alters the ambience of the art. Vibrant warm colours such as reds/oranges/yellows, create energising, uplifting moods. Cooler shades of blues/greens/violets, create more calming, soothing environments. The lighting can be programmed to adapt and harmonise with the mood of the observer, the time of day or night and the location of the art. The larger installations effect a transcendent atmosphere for more spacious rooms. Smaller pieces can enhance more personal spaces.

Each piece of art is deeply layered and multi-faceted. Roisin Fitzpatrick hand-sews every crystal individually onto each silk block. Her materials are of the highest quality, using the best Swarovski crystal and the finest silks from Roisin Cross Silks. The art can be placed into specially designed clear, UV-resistant plexiglass cases for display. These cases can be wall mounted, suspended from the ceiling or free standing. Over 500 of Roisin's designs have qualified for US Copyright Registration. Each piece of art is signed in crystal with her original trademark.
